I bring 15+ years of experience as a creative director, product developer, and marketer, specializing in consumer-driven innovation.
My career began in a small product development studio in the woods of Connecticut, where I worked hands-on to bring new ideas to life. From there, I moved into retail interior design, creating high-end luxury spaces that balanced aesthetics with functionality.
I then took on a leadership role at Timex, where I spearheaded a major rebrand, led global marketing, packaging, and retail design, and optimized packaging to reduce costs by 15% while improving brand impact. Later, at Outward Hound, I helped launch and scale innovative pet products, most notably the SLOW BOWL line, which transformed the pet wellness market. Through strong brand storytelling and product expansion, I drove PR, revenue growth, and positioned the company for investment.
Beyond the pet and luxury goods markets, I’ve worked with national brands, taught design at the University of Bridgeport, and led sustainability projects. I’ve also been passionate about fostering creativity in young minds, teaching design thinking to grade school students at the Innovation Center here in Longmont, helping the next generation develop problem-solving skills through hands-on learning. My early tiny home project, ProtoHaus, has been featured in The New York Times and the documentary TINY: A Story About Living Small. Today, I continue to develop and license products sold at Target, Bass Pro Shops, Home Depot, and Walmart.
With experience across corporate and entrepreneurial settings, I thrive in leading cross-functional teams and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and growth. My expertise in product innovation, brand storytelling, and creative leadership allows me to establish bold creative visions and deliver high-impact content across digital, retail, and beyond.
